The “Print & Scan” app is incredibly useful for users who have forgotten or lost their swipe cards, but it may bypass a user’s budget, allowing them to print even when they don’t have enough in their wallet to account for the job. Since the main reason we use uniFLOW is to remove the time spent going over what was printed/copied/scanned and calculating how much that costs, allowing the use of the “Print & Scan” app has the possibility of negating the time uniFLOW is supposed to save.
