A Managed Print Service (MPS) or Solution can come in many different forms, moving from a simple hardware supply with service support through to a fully managed print as a service (PAAS).

Here at Social Print and Copy we like to offer the MPS that suits your needs and stays relevant by moving in harmony with your organisation.

We also keep it simple and transparent by using a three-step process.

Proposal

We will always give you options depending on what you do, and how you want to do it.  There are some examples below of what we can offer, but at the end of the day whatever we do will be guided by you.

  1. So, you may focus on a business-as-usual model and decide on a like for like solution.
  2. Or you may want to expand the facilities for your team and opt for similar office solution with home working support or focus on scanning to help digitise your information.
  3. If budgets are the priority, you may select a pay-as-you-go solution, so you only pay for what you use.
  4. Whatever option you choose we will always suggest a suitable software wrapper to help manage your costs.

Management

Once the solution of choice is in place, we will monitor the performance and be in regular contact to ensure you are happy with the results.  Plus, we are always on hand to help should you need it and ready to restart this process should things change or contracts end.
