Case study: Sure Start

Our customer was looking to replace their existing copier fleet and the offer from their current supplier left them looking at keeping two and only getting one new device.  SP&C were able to offer a contract with all new equipment and an overall saving over the previous contract.

Problem or issue faced

Due to staff furlough MLSS were unable to provide the termination notice to the existing supplier. Regardless of constant communication with their supplier.

SP&C offered a new agreement and helped to reduce the excess charges which had been levied from the automatic extension of the existing agreement
